We have codified our learnings into the changealist approach. This is a methodolgy which enables companies to implement change succesfully, generating momentum whilst avoiding pitfalls.

  • Transforming a business needs constant replenishment of energy and ideas, you can’t do this alone, or even as a management team. This is why we work with management to handpick and support a CHANGE COALITION; a team from all ranks with the right personality, mandated to drive the process and accelerate momentum.

  • The single biggest cause of failure in corporate transformation is taking the wrong decisions at the beginning. This is why you have to apply proper rigor to making the right decisions from the start. We facilitate DECISION SEMINARS where we make the necessary choices, integrally discussing the consequences of decisions. We define what we are going to do and what we are going to stop to ensure the full effort of the organization is focused on the change, ensuring successful implementation later on.

  • For employees and customers to have the right perspective we compose a COMPELLING STORY. Besides understanding what is going to happen stakeholders will have to believe change is possible and feel that they play a vital role in it; only stories can do that.

  • In an uncertain trajectory where much cannot be predicted, guardrails for future decisions are necessary and we call these GUIDING PRINCIPLES. These don’t dictate what to do but inspire how to think and solve problems as they arise in a way that is consistent with the overarching strategy. It lets you set the company in motion before having figured out everything in detail and it empowers colleagues to get unstuck by themselves.

  • Inviting the change coalition to our ‘away-from’ WORKSHOP SESSIONS we collectively identify and solve blocking issues, discuss momentum and develop capabilities. Our preparation and the external location enables you to see more clearly, focus on the big issues, and leave energized and inspired to continue leading the change.
